These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the ListingAI platform and website operated by GregFredaBytes ("GFB," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.
ListingAI is an AI-powered marketing content generation platform for real estate professionals. The service generates listing descriptions, social media posts, email campaigns, flyers, landing pages, and market intelligence from MLS data.
You must be a licensed real estate professional or authorized representative of a real estate brokerage to use ListingAI. You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Marketing content generated by ListingAI for your listings is yours to use. You retain full rights to all generated content. GFB retains the right to use anonymized, aggregate data to improve the platform. MLS data accessed through the platform remains subject to your MLS board's terms and conditions.
Content generated by ListingAI is produced by artificial intelligence and should be reviewed before use. While we strive for accuracy and compliance, you are ultimately responsible for verifying the accuracy of all generated content, ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations, and reviewing content for Fair Housing compliance before publishing.
Subscription plans are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. Annual plans are non-refundable after the first 14 days. Monthly plans may be cancelled at any time, with access continuing through the end of the billing period.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, your access continues through the end of your current billing period. Generated content remains accessible for 30 days after cancellation for export purposes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GFB shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the platform. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Broward County, Florida.
